PITAIYO is a fusion exercise influenced by three disciplines; pilates, tai chi and yoga. Pitaiyo is core stability, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. PITAIYO incorporates Pilates, the gracefulness, core stability, postural alignment and tone. PITAIYO incorporates tai chi, balanced movement and finesse of step. PITAIYO incorporates yoga, strength and flexibility. Together the three disciplines increase strength, alignment, flexibility and balance of our mind and body.
