One Method 10 Formats
Note to the interested reader: every class consists of pilates, tai chi and yoga. Each format follows a specific order that we call “series.” Our motto is everyone is successful. There is a Pitaiyo version for everyone. Over time the body changes, that is why there are 10 formats for one class. Our bodies change and so should our exercise. Pitaiyo is a format for life!
