We start full version classes with aromatherapy in ‘moving tadasana’ we then flow into qi gong breath and qi gong arm movements to warm the body. We will then create finesse of movement with our trademarked Tai Chi moves. Our yoga asanas in the water provide a safe calm environment for all participants. We then focus on core strength with traditional supine and standing pilates exercises. To end we re-vist the opening qi gong and tai chi movements. We close with aromatherapy and the weekly affirmation to empower your mind. Everyone finishes with a ‘yes I can do this’ feeling and attitude that energizes them physically and mentally.
