One Method, Multiple Formats
Note to the interested reader: every class consists of Pilates, tai chi and yoga. Each format follows a specific order that we call “series.” Our motto is everyone is successful. There is a Pitaiyo version for everyone. Over time the body changes, that is why there are many formats for of one method. Our bodies change and so should our exercise. Pitaiyo is a exercise for life! Find your format and we’ll see you in class.
This class is an introduction to the disciplines pilates, tai chi and yoga. The class is 40 minutes: 10 minutes per discipline, and 10 minutes to show you the Pitaiyo short form and answer questions.
PITAIYO is the beyond fusion class that combines exercise and psychology of sport. This is the first step, and one where everyone is successful.
There is no class in the water like Pitaiyo H2O. A fusion of pilates, tai chi and yoga for all abilities.
Power is the most challenging of all PITAIYO™ formats. The class is intended for those looking to increase their athletic performance or maintain it.
Pitaiyo Kidz is for ages six to 13. This format incorporates all the fun stuﬀ.
This class is intended for three populations: obese, pre/post natal and senior.
MOME (Mommy and Me) is for ages ﬁve and younger and Mom, Dad, or any adult role model. This format gets kids moving with their role models.
Express is a quick 30 minute class. This format is an awesome way to feel refreshed and ready to rock the day.
When the weather is nice, humans should be outside. Period. We love getting outdoors, and practicing PITAIYO on the water is beautiful.
